You will be automatically entered into this promotion by booking accommodation with Mix & Match and paying by Laybuy within the promotional period and are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize, as well as permission to announce their name (should they win) as the winner on Laybuy's channels, which may include but is not limited to social, eDM, print, website. Each new valid Laybuy purchase is considered a new entry into this competition.

Five (5) winners will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of the closing date at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). Each winner will be refunded the total amount of their winning Mix & Match accommodation purchase that was made using Laybuy up to the total value of NZD$1,000. The total prize pool value will be upto $5,000 (NZD) in the form of five (5) individual $1,000 (NZD) prizes. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged. The prize amount will be refunded via your Laybuy account back onto your underlying payment method the purchase was originally made with - please allow normal refund timelines for the prize money to be available back in your account.
