Pay by Laybuy in-store or online at any retailer that offers Laybuy between 12:01am (NZST) Thursday 28th May 2020 - 11:59pm (NZST) Monday 1st June 2020 ("Promotion Period") and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN flights to Queenstown for you and a friend, up to the value of $500 (NZD) with Mix & Match ("The Promotion"). This competition is restricted to New Zealand residents, 18 years and over with a valid Laybuy account only.
Each new Laybuy purchase made within the Promotion Period is considered a new entry and will be automatically entered into this promotion. By making a Laybuy purchase within the Promotion Period you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as a condition of entry. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize, as well as permission to announce their name (should they win) as the winner on Laybuy's channels, which may include but is not limited to social, eDM, print, website. This promotion is run by Laybuy Holdings Limited and is in no way associated with Facebook Inc. Entrants agree to release Facebook from all liability arising in respect of the competition. One winner will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of The Promotion concluding and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be selected and the prize will be forfeited. Laybuy Holdings Limited determination of the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The travel voucher prize, worth $500 (NZD) total will be sent to the winner's email address. If requested the winner must produce proof of identity and age. Laybuy reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if the payments on the purchase are overdue, or if there is any fraudulent activity linked and/or suspected to the account. You will not be eligible to win if you are an employee, or family member of an employee, of (i) Laybuy Holdings Limited, or (ii) any competition sponsor or prize giver or if you are directly or indirectly connected with the competition. Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time. If a prize is not available for any reason, Laybuy reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged. Laybuy does not take responsibility for any loses or expiration of the given prizes. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms.
Mix & Match e-voucher conditions apply: The voucher offer is for flight bookings made on mixandmatch.co.nz only. The voucher must be redeemed online no later than the expiry date, given upon receipt of the voucher. One voucher per booking and per email address only. The vouchers are not transferable in full or in part for cash. Not valid on in store or phone bookings. The code supplied must be entered into the e-voucher field on the mixandmatch.co.nz search engine to receive the offer and the discount will come off the total value of the online flights. In instances where the e-voucher value exceeds value of the flights, the remaining e-voucher balance will be forfeited. Full payment is required upon purchase.
