Pay by Laybuy in-store or online at Red Rat between 12:01am (NZST) Monday 10 August - 11:59pm (NZST) Sunday 16 August 2020 ("Promotion Period") and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN a $1,000 gift voucher to spend on your next shop with Red Rat ("The Promotion"). This competition will be open to New Zealand residents, 18 years and over with a valid Laybuy account only. There is 1 prize in total comprising of $1,000 (NZD) to spend with Red Rat. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize. 

One winner will be selected by random draw before 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 19th August 2020 at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address supplied from the entry submission. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw by 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 26th August 2020 (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). The total prize pool value will be $1,000 (NZD) Red Rat gift voucher. Laybuy reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if the payments on the purchase are overdue, or if there is any fraudulent activity linked to the account.
