Both promotions will be open to New Zealand residents 18 years and over only. Both promotions in New Zealand will run across different dates with separate prize pools.
Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). By making a submission within the promotional period you are there by entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. Pay by Laybuy in-store or online at any retailer that offers Laybuy between 12:01am (NZST) Tuesday 28th July - 11:59pm (NZST) Monday 3rd August 2020 ("Promotion Period") and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN 1 of 2 $200 vouchers to spend on your next shop with boohoo ("The Promotion"). This competition is restricted to New Zealand residents, 18 years and over with a valid Laybuy account only. There is 2 prizes in total comprising of $200 (NZD) to spend with boohoo. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize.
Two winners will be selected by random draw before 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 5th August 2020 at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address supplied from the entry submission. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw by 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 12th August 2020 (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). The total prize pool value will be $200 (NZD) boohoo gift voucher each.
