Pay by Laybuy in-store or online anywhere that Laybuy is offered within the promotional dates stated below and you will automatically go in the draw to win the cost of your shopping back. Both promotions will be open to New Zealand and Australian residents 18 years and over only. Both promotions in New Zealand and Australia  will run across different dates with separate prize pools. 

Laybuy reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time. By making a purchase using Laybuy within the promotional period you are there by entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. Both Promotions are run by Laybuy Holdings Limited and is in no way associated with Facebook Inc. Entrants agree to release Facebook from all liability arising in respect of the competition. New Zealand Residents Terms & Conditions

Pay by Laybuy in-store or online anywhere that Laybuy is offered between 12:01am (NZST) 26th December 2019 - 11:59pm (NZST) 29th December 2019 and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN 1 of 3 $500 (NZD) Gift Vouchers to the Laybuy retailer of your choice. There is 3 prizes in total comprising of a $500 (NZD) Gift Voucher. 

Three winners will be selected by random draw by 5pm (NZST) on Wednesday 15th January 2020 at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw by 5pm (NZST) on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). Prize is subject to availability. Should the nominated store not offer vouchers in New Zealand dollars, the prize amount of $500 (NZD) will be converted to the available voucher currency at the given nominated store, at the exchange rate of the time the prize is claimed. Should the nominated store not offer vouchers, another eligible store will need to be nominated whom does. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.Laybuy's determination of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If requested the winner must produce proof of identity and age. Laybuy reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if the payments on the purchase are overdue, or if there is any fraudulent activity linked to the account.
