Shop at any of the Cotton On brands and checkout with Laybuy within the promotional dates stated below and you will automatically go in the draw to win a $2,500 shopping spree. Both promotions will be open to New Zealand and Australian residents 18 years and over only. Each promotion in New Zealand and Australia will run across different dates with separate prize pools.

By making a submission within the promotional period you are there by entering this competition. Each new valid Laybuy purchase is considered a new entry into the competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. Shop at any of the Cotton On brands (Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Typo & Rubi) and checkout with Laybuy, between 12:01am (NZST) Monday 14th September 2020 - 11:59pm (NZST) Sunday 20th September 2020, and you will automatically go in the draw to win a $2,000 (NZD) VISA gift card & a $500 (NZD) Cotton On gift voucher.
One winner will be selected by random draw before 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 23rd September 2020 at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw by 5pm (NZST) Wednesday 30th September 2020 (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). Laybuy's determination of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The total prize pool value will be $2,500 (NZD). The prize of the $2,000 (NZD) VISA gift card and $500 (NZD) Cotton On gift voucher will be delivered both via courier to the nominated physical address chosen by the winner.
