Pay by Laybuy in-store or online anywhere that Laybuy is offered within the promotional dates stated below and you will automatically go in the draw to win the cost of your purchase back. Both promotions will be open to New Zealand and Australian residents 18 years and over only. Both promotions in New Zealand and Australia will run across different dates with separate prize pools. 

Laybuy reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time. By making a purchase using Laybuy within the promotional period you are there by entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. Both Promotions are run by Laybuy Holdings Limited and is in no way associated with Facebook Inc. Entrants agree to release Facebook from all liability arising in respect of the competition. New Zealand Residents Terms & Conditions

Pay by Laybuy in-store or online anywhere that Laybuy is offered between 12:01am (NZST) 28th January 2020 - 11:59pm (NZST) 9th February 2020 and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN 1 of 3 chances to get the cost of your purchase back. There is 3 prizes in total comprising of cash. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize. 

One winner will be selected by random draw before 5pm (NZST) on Wednesday 12th February 2020 at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw by 5pm (NZST) on Wednesday 11th December 2019 (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). Laybuy's determination of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The total prize pool value will be the total dollar value of the winner's shopping purchase. The prize of (NZD) cash will be transferred to the nominated bank account of each winner. The winner is responsible for checking and ensuring the bank account details they provide are correct, and if error is made another transfer will not be made. If requested the winner must produce proof of identity and age. Laybuy reserves the right to deem an entry invalid if the payments on the purchase are overdue, or if there is any fraudulent activity linked to the account. Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority).
