Pay by Laybuy at any retailer between 12:01am (NZDT) Monday 3rd May 2021 - 11:59pm (NZDT) Sunday 9th May 2021 and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer. The promotion will be open to New Zealand & Australian residents 18 years and over only.
One winner will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of the closing date at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority).There is 1 prize in total compromising of a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer (KSM150 or KSM160). The total prize pool value will be up to the value of $1,119 (NZD). The prize model, colour, and pool value are subject to stock availability and the winner's local currency at the time of the closing date. Each new valid Laybuy purchase is considered a new entry into the competition.
Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time (subject to applicable law). By making a purchase with Laybuy within the promotional period you are thereby entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms.
