Every Laybuy order processed between 12.01am (NZT) Wednesday 10th March 2021 - 11:59pm (NZT) Wednesday 31st March 2021 will automatically give an entry into the draw to WIN 1 of 10 $500 marketing contributions. There are 10 prizes in total comprising of cash. This promotion will be open to New Zealand and Australian Laybuy merchants only.  

Ten winners will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of the closing date at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address linked to the Laybuy merchant account. If the winner does not reply to the claim the prize within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). There are 10 prizes in total comprising of $500 each. The total prize pool value is $5,000. Each new valid Laybuy order is considered a new entry into the competition. The prize of cash will be transferred to the nominated bank account of each business winner. The winners are responsible for checking and ensuring the bank account details they provide are correct, and if an error is made another transfer will not be made.

Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). By making a submission within the promotional period you are thereby entering this competition.Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them to administer the prize.
