The promotion will be open to both New Zealand and Australian residents 18 years and over only. The promotion will run across different time zones in New Zealand and Australia for different prize pools.

The promotion will be open to Australian residents 18 years and over only.

Four winners will be selected by random draw within 2 weeks of the closing date at Laybuy Holdings Limited HQ and contacted via the email address supplied from the entry submission. If the winner does not reply to the email within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If the winner does not reply with all requested information within 2 weeks, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, and such draw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority).

Laybuy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time (subject to the directions of any regulatory authority). By signing up to Laybuy within the promotional period you are thereby entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. Laybuy's determination of the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If requested the winner must produce proof of identity and age.
