The promotion will be open to New Zealand and Australian residents 18 years and over only. The promotion in New Zealand and Australia will run across different dates with separate prize pools. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged.
Laybuy reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time. By making a purchase using Laybuy within the promotional period you are there by entering this competition. Entrants give permission for Laybuy to use their account details to contact them. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these Terms. This Promotion is run by Laybuy Holdings Limited and is in no way associated with Facebook Inc. Entrants agree to release Facebook from all liability arising in respect of the competition. New Zealand Residents Terms & Conditions
Pay by Laybuy at Ally Fashion between 12:01am (NZST) 23 September - 11:59pm (NZST) 6 October 2019 and you will automatically go in the draw to WIN 1 of 3 $200 (NZD) e-vouchers. There are three prizes in total comprising of $200 (NZD) vouchers that are to be from Ally Fashion.
If a prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value. Three winners will be selected by random draw on 8 October 2019 and contacted via the email address registered to their Laybuy account the winning purchase was made with. If a winner does not contact Laybuy within 5 business days, an alternative winner will be selected. Our determination of the winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If required, winners must produce proof of identity and age. Laybuy reserves the right to cancel an entry if there is any default in making an instalment payment on its due date in respect of the relevant purchase.
Multiple entries per person are allowed. Each transaction is counted as a single entry. The winners will receive an email containing the voucher information and coupon code with a total value of $200 to be used on Ally Fashion website. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from winner notification and are subject to Ally Fashion’s terms and conditions.
Australian Residents Terms & Conditions
The promotion is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Ally Fashion and its related entities are ineligible to enter. The promotion is open to all legal residents of Australia. The promotion commences 10AM AEST on Monday, September 23 and ends 11:59PM AEST on Sunday, October 6th. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
To enter the draw to win 1 of 3 $200 Ally Fashion vouchers, participants must make a purchase on Ally Fashion and make a payment using Laybuy as the payment option. Multiple entries per person are allowed. Each transaction is counted as a single entry.
In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.
The total retail price prize pool value is $600 (inclusive of GST), consisting of three Ally Fashion vouchers, valued at $200 each. Each Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Each prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The clause does not set out to limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ally Fashion expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and Ally Fashion’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from winner notification and are subject to Ally Fashion’s terms and conditions.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Ally Fashion, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Ally Fashion reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

The winners will be randomly drawn at Ally Fashion Head Office, 10/1 Hordern Pl, Camperdown NSW 2050 at 3PM AEST on Monday, October 7th. The winners will be notified via email by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, October 8th 2019. The winners will have two (2) business days to respond, or will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and an unclaimed prize draw will occur.
Should any winner remain uncontactable, a second chance winner/s will be selected for the unclaimed prize at 12:00pm AEST on Friday, October 11, at 10/1 Hordern Pl, Camperdown NSW 2050. Any second chance winners shall be notified by 5:00pm AEST on Monday, October 14th by 5pm AEST via email.
The winners will receive an email containing the voucher information and coupon code with a total value of $200 to be used on Ally Fashion website.
Results of the draw will be published on Ally Fashion Instagram and Facebook accounts. The winners of all prizes will be also published on https://allyfashion.com/terms-and-conditions.
